Article (43 ()) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 444), the appeal of the allotment of land from the Supreme Court to the Supreme Court was 30 days but the writ petition pursuant to the High Court accepted the writ petition. If the application for review was made before the custody of the Evukee property, then the same application must be submitted within a certain time period if the Evukee property mate found it necessary to review his order or to submit his advance. After the order itself, he was free to review the order at any time after giving notice to the concerned party and the restraining authority, as justice of this case was reviewed. The filing deadline for which the review was not filed was 30 days. Aid was separated by the High Court and restored to the Evaki property premises, within the boundary of the Awakee property, within a time limit and the correct decision was properly excluded.
