MUHAMMAD KHAN JUNEJO versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY, M/O LAW JUSTICE AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS
Sections 12, 14 and 99 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 13, 62 and 185 (3) invalidate the candidate's principle in the previous elections on the basis of duplicate threat identification, forgery and the holding of a Bogus Education Degree Returning Officer. On the basis of previous disqualification, the candidate who was resurrected by the candidate was disqualified on the basis of the previous decision of the Election Tribunal, as well as disqualification, there would be double jeopardy which was not valid under the Constitution. Thi periodically and periodically related candidate submitted fake and fake documents to become a Member of Parliament and not only cheated the constituents of his constituency but also believed to be fake and on the basis of graduation. The Returning Officer was also cheated for doing so. Fake documents and such a person cannot be trusted to lead the nation as a legislative candidate. Article 62 (d) (f) of the Constitution and Representation Section 99 (1) (d) (e) of the Public Act, 1976 (f) and (g) could not meet the criteria specified for the candidates. Constitutional application was rightly accepted and the candidate's nomination of Supreme Court denied interference with the orders passed by the High Court Petition
