MUHAMMAD ASIF versus INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF POLICE, SINDH
Section 23 (1) Police Rules, 1934, R16 09 (2) Appealing to a Public Employee, who was a police officer, the competent authority sentenced the accused to major penalties for compulsory retirement. Instead of accepting the Appellate Authority's order before the service tribunal filed before the government employee, the authority was rejected and the public servant referred to the higher authority in the review application which was also dismissed by the government employees. In the review, a petition was filed before the service tribunal against the order passed by the higher authority. An appeal was made to the public servant against the order of the competent authority and the order passed in the appeal by the appellate authority was the final public servant who had already terminated the right to appeal, the second appeal or revision before the higher authority.
