Section 163 (b) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, review of an order approved by the Assistant Collector, under section 163 (2) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, any provocation for review of an order approved by the Assistant. Could not file a direct request from the party. Such order shall be unlawful and without jurisdiction for the Collector (order approving the change) and the pass order which denies the review permission or instructs the Assistant Collector to review his order.
