Had to look into the reports of Section 133, CCP and without Revenue Officer and Medical Officer without adopting the procedure provided by it and its order was clearly illegal Sessions Court while against the said order of the District Magistrate. The review request was not appreciated in deciding that the respondents were required to take action, business, If the complaint was made against the District Magistrate along with the Public Dispute Order of the Sessions Court against the business, occupation, activity or proceedings, this directive was set aside. The district magistrate will decide the applicant's request after recording the required evidence as per law.
