KHALIDA MALIK versus FARIDA MALIK
Arbitration Act 1940 Section 2 (b) means the award, the scope and the import means the arbitration award. It is the decision and decision of the arbitrator / arbitrator on the matter or matters as referred to in the agreement, which is the final decision on the lease between the award parties, which decides the arbitrator may ultimately resolve his dispute, not necessarily Reasonable judicial decision. Giving detailed reasons for the closing members of the arbitration is, however, an understandable decision that defines the rights of the parties, with respect to the subject matter of the reference where the award was found to be in conformity with the reference and it is worth the terms of reference. That was a wise decision. It should not be put aside that the fact that the arbitrators end the proceedings in the presence of the parties in the same sitting does not provide the room to set it apart or to interpret it as anything other than an award.
