Under Article 175 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, the three courts have, respectively, found that the defendants had acquired the right in the sale by the same purchase to the extent of the share of the shopkeepers. And neither the evidence being misrepresented by the court below nor the lack of consideration of any material evidence on any record, no interference with the High Court order was presented and the circumstances appealed.
