R12 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was passed to examine the leave of appeal whether the High Court passed the decision of the Supreme Court in the Mohammed Masih al-Zaman case (PLD 1992 SC 825). Didn't keep an eye on when doing it. The decision in question, and R 12, the Northwest Frontier Provincial Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment) Rules, 1974 was also ignored.
