The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) lists three different dates before the Service Tribunal, which was a civil servant, depending on the date of birth of a civil servant in the service retirement list. Due to the fact that the date of birth was a fact, the service tribunal could have appealed for leave by petition that any special provision relating to the law of public importance under Article 212 (3) of the Constitution guaranteed the leave.
