But it was not formed. Any law, and therefore, the High Court, lacked jurisdiction to intervene in the matter. The correct respondent did not decide that it was a federal government department and was not performing the duties of the Federation in relation to the meaning of Article 199 of the Constitution High Court. Therefore, it was rightly concluded that the constitutional petition was not authorized, there was no indication that it could interfere with the order of the High Court in dismissing the constitutional petition.
