Section 2 (a) Sindh Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment) Rules, 1974, R13 The civil servant of the Provincial Assembly holds the civil office in respect of the affairs of the province and the employees of the Sindh Provincial Assembly may join the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. According to the Civil Post and the meaning of the word, the government also encompasses the duties of the Legislature. Such an employee was a civil servant in relation to the affairs of the province.
