Trademark Rules 1963 Rr 84 & 76 [As amended from 1 7 1977] Appeal's limitation was that the application opposing the application for registration of a trademark was filed on 1 1 1969; R-84 and 76, amendments to trademarks, rules applicable to 1977, 1963 could not be enforced against the opposition against the opposition, dismissing the dispute over the appeal arising from such application of the opposition. It was reported that the Registrar had passed an unknown order on 15 10 1979 which was after the amendment and the right to the right. After submitting to the affected party on 15 10 1979, file an appeal, which applied for amended R 84 and in this case there was no question of the earlier application of R 84: [interpreting the constitution] R 76 [amended. ] And the time for filing an appeal for Form TM55 could not be requested for extension of time to file an appeal on the basis of the default form TM55 because the appeal was not included.
