The Servant Act was not passed in 1973. Seeking the issue of public servants as a matter of strictness, the exercise of the full powers of the Government, the order to grant ex-sanctity from the date of the transfer was illegal and invalid because such order was invalid on a later date. Was approved. Already absorbed in the same cadre on 22 198 1989, the process of law would be to have a public servant senior who was given security security again.
