SAEED AHMAD versus SINDH ENGINEERING CO. LTD., KARACHI
Employees recovered the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 section O13 return employees on the basis that the situation of the employer company had deteriorated to such an extent that it could not afford to continue the employment of existing employees. ? The employer's company and some of its activities were described in detail by the employer's testimony that only the junior was hired by the employer. Most employees were employed by law firms in different parts of the company. The requirement was fully reviewed and the employer also informed the retrieved employees that if there was a chance of luck in the near future, they would be called back to work. Nothing was available to show that any senior worker had been recovered and that the request for employee complaints to the junior was retained, not to mention the restoration of any unfair retrieval of the employee, therefore, in 1968 The Standing Orders were not in violation of Section O13 of the Ordinance
