The object certificate was not revoked. The applicant had the legal authority to challenge the cancellation by the petroleum company. And the respondent, who challenged the grant of the objection certificate and filed a civil suit in respect of the title to the underlying land, subsequently withdrew his suit, on the issues raised by the petitioner.
