Section 4 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act (XIV of 1973), Section 24 Sindh Civil Servants (Probation, Certification and Synergy) Rules, 1975, challenge the Appellate Division by Appellant to the R 13 Seniority List under which the sanitary issued by the Authority. It said that the appellant heard the appeal under the order passed by the competent authority. Appointment to Authority The order approved by the competent authority according to which the seniority position assigned to the defendant was confirmed was an independent order approved under section 24 of the Act and was not approved in the department's appeal.
