The employee was then upgraded to Grade 16 and then re-designated as Agriculture Officer, and after the approval of MLO 55 in 1978, the relevant select for the employees to review the matter under MLO 55. Referred to the Committee and, upon representing the election against his dismissal, his services were terminated, the employee was given a Grade 11 lower rank, which he later accepted when earning the employee. When the leave was granted, he did not accept the duty and challenged the reference select committee on his case. The employee did not come through the Public Service Commission nor was he cleared by a department committee until then when he was appointed to the new creation.
