Was neither given nor given any opportunity to defend himself during the investigative proceedings nor was the copy of the inquiry report provided with a final showcase notice; the employee has the right to know which charges against him. Has been proven and can only be found by the ultimate showman who started the proceedings. Against the employee, an appropriate procedure according to the rules, after being observed, the dismissal order was not sustained due to the error of such procedure.
