Under section 20, 64 and 71 section 20 (4) of the West Pakistan Employees Social Security Ordinance 1965, it has been demanded that no more than Rs 20 daily wage can be demanded, so further investigation is needed as this section. 71 was regulated and after the completion of this section in its requirements it was demanded that there could be demand for more than Rs 20 daily wages which both sides of the issue had not determined. The remand was obtained after an inquiry and recording the evidence.
