R 10 (1) The Sindh Civil Servants (Regulation of Ad hoc Appointments) Act (VII of 1989), Section 3 (1) The seniority of a public servant must be recalculated from the date of its regular appointment. Section 3 (1) of the Act shall be deemed to have been regulated from the date of the enactment of the Act on 5-5 1989, since the commencement of the Act, the regularity of services of public servants and respondents shall be in force from that date.
