Sections 2 (c), 4, 5, 11 and 12 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 188 Penal Code Rule XLV 1860, Constitution of Pakistan, Section 199 Constitutional application is the condition for extradition of a non-contractual state prosecution in Pakistan to two. The action for murder of persons and the extradition of applicants from Pakistan has been initiated at the request of the United Kingdom. It was raised by the petitioner that the UK is a non-contracting state and that the applicants have the right to stand trial in Pakistan. If none of the conditions were fulfilled, a criminal court in Pakistan could not have additional territorial jurisdiction over which it was alleged that it could prosecute a person outside Pakistan. n The inquiry was proceeding against the applicant, which was interfered with by the interim order by the High Court, therefore, no such condition was available to the applicant, in the absence of any material, the applicant was granted jurisdiction of this court. Was under investigation or being investigated under the purview of a particular police station in the United Kingdom, nor was there any law for such grace and no exceptional relief to the applicant. There was no scope against which the High Court refused to interfere with the extradition proceedings. Application requested
