M.O. OURESHI (LATE) versus ABDUL RAHMAN (LATE)
Upon the dismissal of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 8A, 22A and 53 trade union officials, the trade union had submitted an application to the Registrar for its registration which was accepted and the application for registration approved. It was registered regularly during. Nine union officials were removed from their jobs without the consent of the Registrar by the employer, which was opposed to the complaint that, if any, the National Industrial Relations Commission (NRIC) Will lie in front, not before the Labor Court. The offense committed by the employer was done under section 53 (1) of the Ordinance, 1969 which was not prosecuted by the NRC in view of the bar in section 22A (8) (f) (i) of the ordinance. Could have been tried, but could have been prosecuted by the Labor Court under Section 22. (a) (12) The employer of the same ordinance disputes the situation.
