West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section 1 (4) The employer objected to the complaint filed by the employees against the termination of their employment on the ground that the corporation (employer) Was registered under the West Pakistan Shops and Establishment Ordinance, 1969. Since the number of employees in it was only 12, the Ordinance Clause (VII 1968) does not apply to the case which records on the evidence that the number of employees in the corporation was 20, even under its registration under the West. The Certificate of Pakistan Shops and Establishment Rules, 1969 stated that 20 employees were employed in the trial court, in which case the opinion of the employer was properly rejected that the Standing Order Ordinance, 1968. This case was not applied.
