GENERAL TYRES AND RUBBER COMPANY versus WAHEED GUL
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section O, 13 (3) The Respondent was appointed by the Appellant Company to the General Helper and served. Was terminated during the investigation, without notice, on the basis that his work was not found satisfactory. The respondent employee claimed that after three months of scrutiny he received permanent employee status by the worker. Evidence shows that the administration has come to the conclusion that the defendants did not satisfactorily examine and issue a letter. Termination of service on this account before the expiry of the inspection period cannot be considered as an automatic confirmation of the employee as three months had passed before the termination order was passed / submitted. The worker did not actually receive any status. While serving as a permanent worker, he was ordered to be removed from the job at Greg. His order for termination of unsatisfactory performance was retained.
