West Pakistan Stability Holding Ordinance 1960 Section 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Stability O1 Denies the holding of applicants holding their profits profitable, as well as illegal orders from the Additional Commissioner. Applicants were denied the right to a hearing against their interests who violated the principle of natural justice, in their absence set aside orders for violation of the principle of natural justice. The collector was remanded on the issue of re-crossing the merit in accordance with the law.
