Para 19 (2) (a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The auction of the plot of immovable property to the respondent authority of the applicant does not confirm the auction of such plot, provided that the applicant responds by the respondent authority. The highest bidder for the unapproved plot was the other persons dealing with similar situations were also dealt with by the authority while the applicant under the Management and Settlement Scheme responsible for the civic immovable property. The matter was not dealt with while the respondent was ordered not to confirm the sale of the plot. It was set aside and the authority was remanded to decide the law
