SYED ABID ALI SHAH versus PROVINCE OF SINDH THROUGH CHIEF SECRETARY

Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Services Deputation to Departure of Parents Department Employee of Government of Pakistan and Government Deposit on the authority of Sindh and was permanently incorporated in the recruitment of Federal Government employees in Government Sindh. Sindh was declared unconstitutional. The Supreme Court Petitioner was sent back home to the parent department. The government employee believed that his parent's department had ceased to exist and after the government's permanent absorption in Sindh, the applicant / government employee could not return to his parents' department. The federal government was in service and its services were in the Sindh government. The applicant had left the Sindh government and was responsible for sending his parents back home. No problem before the applicant's basic department ceased to exist before any legal malpractice or instability, therefore, the applicant's services would be returned to the federal government for adjustment in any of the federal government sectors. \ r \ n
