The High Court directed the authorities to remove the applicant's name from the Examination Control List as well as the High Court directed the concerned officer to be Applicants must pay Rs 50,000 as compensation from their account for illegally and incorrectly placing their name on the Execution Control List Petition. Permission was granted accordingly
