Had claimed pension benefits on a length of more than but the claim was rejected by the applicant company. Claims for entitlement to service length and pension benefits were accepted in relation to the length of service filed by employees The Labor Appellate Tribunal dismissed the appeal filed by the employer company. Did not come in praise. Due to the nature of the obligation, the employee was not entitled to pension benefits, because the amount of money in the offer and the full and final amount was mentioned, the employee is in the job definition. Had accepted the dissolution of its relationship with the applicant company, choosing a settlement under VSS1. The terms of the VSS offer were that an employee who had served more than twenty years would be entitled to pension benefits. The employee had proved through evidence that he had served more than twenty years. And so he has become entitled to pension benefits. Upon approval of the offer, all terms and conditions provided under VSS shall be bilateral, in accordance with the offer under VSS.
