The Civil Procedure Code Order XVI, OXVI, R1 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 for the seeking of witnesses and the presence of witnesses, should be extended to the list of witnesses when the list of parties is to be extended. Allow names to be added. The witnesses were entirely within the discretion of the trial court, unless such arbitration was arbitrary, obliged or used in full violation of the provisions of law and justice, no interference with the exercise of the jurisdiction of the Constitution. Cannot be used to provide the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. The constitutional application for such an emergency was dismissed
