In the order of eviction, the plaintiff, after that, filed the present case, in addition to the petitions made in the previous days, it additionally requested that he be held for thirty-three years on account of his unlawful possession. Such property was the legitimate owner and the plaintiff's husband and herself, however, were expelled from the premises by the execution of the eviction order, and the judgment of the highest court of all was the judgment of the plaintiff in the former institute suit. In the points raised, the principle of the Race Judiciary was banned from filing the present case. Did not appeal, the present case was also stopped under the provisions of 011, R 2, Civil Procedure. 22 of the Act, 1908 Section 22, Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979
