SAJAWAL KHAN versus HUKAM DAD
Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 15 Constitution of Pakistan Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Revision The theory of sinking in the Punjab suit for the Pre-Impression High Court, on the request of the rule of Cinder, against the vendor Wendy. A lawsuit was filed for premature removal. The plea was that the sinking rule did not apply to Punjab province, thus the High Court's decision in Maula Bakhsh's case was attributed to the Supreme Court, PLD 1989 SC 278 and the case of Mohammad Ismail. I was reported as a PLD. In 1989, SC 47T enacted the rule that the rule of sinkar is applicable in the Punjab High Court, therefore the appeal was refused when the decision of the case was taken on the request of the rule of sank danda.
