SHABBIR HUSSAIN versus STATE
The accused in section 13 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 did not say that he had no arms license which he had confessed to having recovered from it. Otherwise, even after the accused's admission, he was asked not to give a reason: why he should not be punished on the basis of his admission, therefore, the trial court could not have punished and punished the appellant. The court could not raise the question of increasing his sentence, which resulted in a review request being granted and the accused acquitted.
