Evidence from the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 and 304, Part I, was reviewed that the accused had killed both the victims while living together and committing illegal activities. It is alleged that the two victims were killed under the tomb and suddenly they were subjected to provocation by appearing in a provocative position. Under the section 2, 2, PPC, the conviction of the accused found guilty of vaginal arrest was also supported by 5 independent evidence and consequently it was transferred to Section 4304, Part I, PPC.
