The statement contradicts that appellant was a miscreant. The reporting judge did not specify how naughty the appellant was. Nor could he find any clue that a simple warning inquiry had been made prior to the indicated action. The officer was unable to come to a conclusion if the costs incurred. Order to send to jail but the way the appellant demanded money was certainly annoying because the judge was worried about his work
