Section 18 Sindh Civil Service Rules, RR 41 and 42 transferred the administrative control of the Prosecution Agency from the Police Department to pay salaries, appellants, with a changed post fixed by the new post, Rs 1,450 and Rs 50. The personal salary in the upgraded grade (BP section 16), which was replaced by B section 14, which the appellant of the previous post has prayed for, was paid in the Basic Scale No. 16 (1,050 + 2,280). 1,450 should have been fixed at Rs 1,530 instead of 50, there was nothing available on the record as personal salary to show that the appellant had used the old scale (B section 14). Ie, Rs 1,500 and next payment b Yellow Stage (Rs 1,45).
