MUNSHI GUMANO versus COMMISSIONER, HYDERABAD
Upon dismissal of appellant's service, a defendant allegedly placed his signature on the forged and fabricated copy of PF No. XV without confirmation of the sale of the land to the unknown buyer that his co-accused was his Came up to him and told him that he had done it very quickly. He put his signature on the alleged document as a competing document. Due to the rush of work, he relied on this signature and said that the co-accused who was senior in his service and that, all this happened with good faith which he raised in response to the cause notice. The memorandum of this appeal was fully explained in the memorandum of this appeal as he acknowledged that he had presented his signature as a competitor without verifying the entry from the original record.
