West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O1 and 15 (4) Employees' revised employees were upgraded to higher grades on a 3-month inspection and for a further 3 months in that period. Expanded 3 months, however, they were returned to their original positions, which alleged that their work was not satisfactory. Under Section O1, the probation period for employees was only 3 months and during the probation period if the probationer did not work. If found, there was no extension of this period. Satisfactory, it can be reversed without giving any reason or without any inquiry where the probationer was returned after six months, the order of retaliation was a notorious stain and in fact mismanagement was like this.
