Plaintiffs claiming possession of sections 8 and 9 by eviction have claimed ownership of the property by eviction and the defendants were tenants of the property on the khak council, the defendants had the landlord and his father's tenant. Was denied, but he himself claimed that the mutual partners and co-partners of the registered defendants had already earned the title before presenting the present case and were not excused from their title. Could not be done while the court format was not sufficient to resolve the dispute between the parties on the charge of withdrawal. The dual heirs, the legacy heirs of the deceased tenant and the buyer of the suit property, cannot be transferred to the tenant inheritance, especially where the evidence of trust was not proved by the evidence, nor was the payment of the khak council established. The trial court had pronounced the case but the lower appellate court dismissed it.
