AQEELUZZAMAN KHAN versus DAILY MASHRIQ
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 25A (8) and 25A (9) of the contempt of court Act (XLIV Section 3 of 1976) were dismissed on the grounds that non-compliance with the order of complying with a criminal complaint No notice was given.
