MUHAMMAD ESSA versus ALI MUHAMMAD

The applicant's certificate for declaring Section 5 Special Relief Act (of 1877), delaying section 42, did not mention that he had been a patient in the hospital and was on a bed so he could file an appeal. Unable to, the certificate did not show any details of medicines or medical tests. The law favors the defendant. Applicant was not entitled to any privileges for delays in filing appeals to the applicant. The delay failed to provide good cause and reasonable grounds for pardoning while he was filing an appeal. I was obliged to present a description for each day of delay. There was no illegal or irregular identification of invalid order in which the amendment was rejected.
