DIRECTOR-GENERAL T & T, ISLAMABAD versus NAWAB ALI
The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 was a defendant's sanity case before the Labor Court that he passed the T&T test in 1977 but those who passed the test in 1982 were named senior and he was considered seniority. I too was denied the right place. The Promotion Labor Court allowed defendant's claim in such a way that some of those who passed the exam in 1982 were named senior, if the appellant's favorable order was not passed, affecting those affected. When it was gone, its ruling by the Labor Court granting relief was neither legal nor appropriate nor a proper order was given.
