Section 25A, (38 (a)) and Re 63 Reinstatement Labor Court ordered the appellant to be reinstated with full benefits and instructed the employer to enforce the Labor Court order within thirty days when the employer Failure to comply with the Labor Court order within the stipulated period, the appellant filed a complaint under the Section 25A (8) Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, which was rejected by the employer, with the application for stay in labor. An appeal was filed before the appellate tribunal, as the return benefits were ordered to be submitted to the tribunal appellant, allowed to join duty and the Labor Court. Within the stipulated time, the employer told the appellant that he would not be on duty and he would then be paid a monthly salary which was decided by the tribunal and the Labor Court order was upheld. Was put on hold until a recent investigation into the payment of return benefits could be taken against the ppellant.
