ELAHI BUX versus STATE
Section 2302 of the Oaths Act (X of 1873), Articles 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 537, the trial court ruled on a special oath, and committed serious illegal proceedings, such as the Oaths. The provisions of the Act are the provisions of the Act. Criminal proceedings are not applicable under rules 8 to 11 of the Code of Conduct; the procedure adopted by the trial court while the convicted accused was not guaranteed under the law and could not be recovered under Section 537, CCP conviction.
