The land was not part of the non-residential building, therefore, the tenant of the rented land was the High Court in Section 15, West Pakistan Urban Rain. The Prohibition Ordinance could not maintain a second appeal on the force of amended sub-section (6) of 1959, only the second appeal before the High Court was worth it.
