R14 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 151 Inheritance of the High Court's Miscellaneous Applications The High Court directed the Office to be cautious in receiving pending petitions under 5151 CPC. It was also imperative that the court should be vigilant and very careful in exercising the inherent jurisdiction under section 151, lest it proceed to prevent the proceedings of the court office from being misused while Sindh's R14 Other provisions of the CJ refer to various petitions to the judges. The Chief Court Rules (O-section) were directed to ensure that every application under section 151 is examined, before the CPC can file an application in any civil suit before issuing an order in court. The High Court directed the Office to conduct / examine such requests keeping in mind such requests. Among other questions, it was found out whether the applicant, which included the provision of section 151, was already a party to the CPC. Whether the petition relates to matters between the parties to the prayer and whether the lease was directed against the opposing party and whether natural powers should be sought whether they were in relation to matters of procedure or whether any of the parties thereto Basic rights will be affected.
