Section 11 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) Provisional appointment by an employee may only be terminated by the competent authority for appointment to such office, if any terms of service are required. Employee termination is required by the employee who is not authorized. The termination of his employment was not a valid objection because the qualification for the initial appointment of the employees was first raised before the Supreme Court without bail, but there was no question of public importance law in its scrutiny by the Supreme Court.
