Sections_54 and A54A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 185 (3) petitioner requested the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court to award the award in favor of the Cooperative Bank in accordance with the Cooperative Society Act, 1925. Challenge The applicant was that to protect this loan, he had mortgaged the bank along with some other immovable property with his factory but that the bank had misappropriated the proceeds from its sale. But such a dispute was also raised before the authorities, but after considering the evidence, the High Court was rejected, justifying the interference in finding such fact.
