MST. SUMAIRA SHAHEEN versus SESSIONS JUDGE
Section 491 (1A) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petitioner alleges the recovery of the detention counsel for the applicant, that the session judge had no jurisdiction to issue the applicant's recovery warrant. The marriage contract with the applicant was a pleasure. The female applicant living with her had attained the age of puberty and had voluntarily entered into a marriage contract with the other applicant and it was agreed that the marriage petition between the applicants was male applicant. And the case for the kidnapping against the others was not denied by the investigating officer. The women petitioned, the dismissal application was accepted and the dismissal proceedings before the session judge were dismissed.
