Article 18 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article L85 (3) acquires the land three-fourths of the land owned by the respondents, while one-fourth of the respondents' property was mortgaged with the remaining residents, one-fourth was owned by the shareholders. In connection with the compensation dispute, the joint statement before the property collector states that the compensation should be distributed according to the entries in the record of the revenue, and that the mortgage should be paid only the original amount by the Land Acquisition Collector. Following the statement, the respondents applied for a case reference in court. On the basis that the mortgagee failed to repay the mortgage within a fixed period, he became the owner of it, and so he was able to afford that he was not able to pay the entire land court due to the issue. Instead, it should be given priority under Section 30. The answers were made under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act High Court on Dentision's Revision Receiving CA Remand
